This pillow is the size of a toddler pillow. That is the size pillow case I bought for this. WAY TOOOO SMALL. IF this pillow were standard size it could be great but the size was shocking. DO NOT recommend.

The pillow did not work for me, and when I asked for a refund, I got the runaround. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. I was treated like I was being a nuisance. I was offered a 25% refund, and when I refused I was offered a 50% refund. Then finally they gave me the return address, and I returned it. It has been over a month since I returned it, and I still have not received a refund.

Less neck pain, less shoulder pain and less hand numbness!
I am a side sleeper most of the time and was having several episodes of hand numbness throughout the night. That has now been reduced to only once in a while (and that usually because I have moved out of the divot for your head). I would like to see a better delineation for shoulders when lying on back and for arms when lying on side. I like it’s firmness! It doesn’t suck you in like most memory foam.

I hope you will send me 3 complimentary cooling covers for my pillows that I've bought from you. I like them except that they are hot.
I use a cool cotton pillow case, however, I have to move put of the indented space to get to a cool spot which defeats the purpose of the pillow.
