It took a long time to arrive ; 3 times it was scheduled to arrive but I did get it eventually ! Feels good to stretch my neck on but no amazing results at this point. Will continue to use and see if symptoms get better.

I spend hours on the computer which results in a very stiff and sore neck. I lay down on this device for 10 minutes and the tension and pain goes away. I highly recommend it!
